II. Traditional leak hole defects completely overcome by RealMeter.
Traditional calibrated leak standards are prone to damage and have many usage limitations, such as "precision device, for use at room temperature only. It cannot be vibrated, knocked or bumped. Keep the environment clean." The damage rate during transportation and installation is high. The supported pressure is small (generally <2 MPa). The leak rate attenuates greatly and requires regular gas replenishment. The maintenance is complex and costly. It is easily clogged, resulting in inaccurate leak rate.
